The Social Policy and Labour recommends that the Verkhovna Rada should adopt as a basis and in entirety the draft law on amendments to several legislative acts of Ukraine re authorities and notification registration of collective contracts and agreements

The bill (Reg. No. 2021a) suggests eliminate inconsistencies between the laws “On Collective Contracts and Agreements”, “On Local Self-Government in Ukraine” and the Labor Code of Ukraine in the issues of determining authorities and exercising notification registration of collective contracts and territorial agreements of respective level.

Committee members upheld the bill adoption of which will allow adjust the provisions of the laws of Ukraine and determine authorities of executive power and local self-government.
